Hastings Jack In The Green Festival 2024. Jack is released to the awaiting crowd in an eruption of green! Since its revival in the 1980s it is now one of its largest and most colourful events in hastings.
A weekend of festivities to welcome the coming of summer with morris dancing, giants, drumming, sessions, concerts and ceilidhs. On the monday jack leads the grand procession through the old town before being slain to release the spirit of summer!
